Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn items in original packaging. Due to hygiene standards, wigs cannot be returned once worn or installed. Contact us via WhatsApp to initiate a return.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are made via bank transfer to your account.
