Orders
Browse our shop, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. After placing your order, you'll receive our bank details to complete payment via bank transfer. Send us a WhatsApp message with your payment receipt to confirm and we'll process your order within 24 hours.
Shipping
Yes, we deliver to all 36 states in Nigeria. Delivery takes 1–7 business days depending on your location. Shipping fees start from ₦1,500 and are calculated at checkout.
Lagos and Ilorin: 1–2 business days. Other states: 3–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Yes, we offer a layaway plan. Pay 50% deposit to reserve your wig and complete the balance within 14 days before delivery. Terms apply.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn items in original packaging. Due to hygiene standards, wigs cannot be returned once worn or installed. Contact us via WhatsApp to initiate a return.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are made via bank transfer to your account.

Yes, we offer professional wig installation at both our Ilorin and Lagos studios. Prices start from ₦15,000. Book an appointment at /appointment.
Yes, we repair lace tears, loose tracks, shedding, and other wig damage. Visit our studio for a free assessment and quote.
Wig Care
Wash every 2–3 weeks with sulfate-free shampoo, condition regularly, store on a mannequin head, avoid excessive heat, and use a wide-tooth comb for detangling. We also offer professional maintenance services.
With proper care, our premium human hair wigs last 12–24 months. Regular maintenance and proper storage significantly extend their lifespan.
Yes, our human hair wigs can be dyed, bleached, and styled just like natural hair. We recommend having it done professionally at our studio to avoid damage.
