Orders
Browse our shop, select your desired wig or product, choose your preferred variant (size, colour, length), and add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your delivery details, and submit your order. You will receive our bank details via email to complete payment by bank transfer. Once payment is confirmed, we process and ship your order.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided payment has not yet been confirmed. After payment is confirmed and processing has begun, modifications may not be possible. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp if you need to make a change.
Shipping
Yes, we deliver to all 36 states in Nigeria and the FCT. Delivery is handled by trusted courier partners. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days within Lagos and Ilorin, and 3–7 business days to other states across Nigeria. Custom and made-to-order wigs may take 7–14 business days before shipping.
Absolutely. During checkout, select "Studio Pickup" as your delivery option. You can collect your order from our Ilorin studio (4 Surulere Street, Ganmo, Opposite Abiye Hospital, Ilorin 240101) during operating hours.
Returns & Refunds
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on wigs that have been worn, altered, or removed from their original packaging. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refund requests must be submitted via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method or bank account.
Payments
We accept bank transfers to our designated Sunkey Beauty Gallery accounts. After placing your order, you will receive our account details. We also accept payments via our secure online checkout. In-studio payments can be made via transfer, POS, or cash.
Yes, we offer flexible payment plans on selected high-value wigs and courses. A 50% deposit is required to begin the order, with the balance due before delivery or course commencement. Contact us for details.
Products
Measure the circumference of your head just above your ears and across your hairline. Most of our wigs feature adjustable straps inside the cap to accommodate various head sizes. If you need help, visit our size guide page or contact us for personalised assistance.
Yes, all our wigs are crafted from 100% unprocessed human hair. The cuticles are intact and aligned, ensuring minimal tangling, natural movement, and the ability to style with heat just like your own hair.
