Shipping & Delivery Policy

Last updated: January 2026. Sunkey Beauty Gallery offers reliable nationwide shipping across Nigeria as well as convenient in-studio pickup at both our Ilorin and Lagos locations.

1. Nationwide Delivery

We deliver to all 36 states in Nigeria, including the Federal Capital Territory. Delivery is carried out through trusted courier partners with track-and-trace capabilities. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods or promotional sales, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Urban areas within Lagos and Ilorin may receive their orders within 1–2 business days, while remote or rural locations may take up to 7 business days. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed; delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control will be communicated promptly.

4. In-Studio Pickup

If you prefer to collect your order in person, you may select the pickup option at checkout. Pickup is available at both our studios during business hours (Monday–Saturday, 9AM–5PM):

Ilorin Studio: 4 Surulere Street, Ganmo, Opposite Abiye Hospital, Ilorin 240101, Kwara State

You will be notified via WhatsApp or email once your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid means of identification when picking up.

5. Delivery Coverage and Fees

Delivery fees vary based on your location and order size. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase. Orders above a certain value may qualify for free delivery — this will be clearly indicated during checkout or promotional periods.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time through our courier partner's tracking portal.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your delivery address and phone number are correct at the time of checkout. Sunkey Beauty Gallery is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
